Foot Fungus
Understand The Problem
One of the most prevalent foot infections, if not the most prevalent, is fungi. This is so because warm, humid environments with poor airflow are perfect for fungi to grow in. Such environmental factors are provided by tight shoes, which greatly aid in the growth of fungi on the foot. Fungi are also brought on by sweaty feet and synthetic socks.
You should exercise extreme caution since fungi might spread, therefore you shouldn't go barefoot in public spaces like gyms, swimming pools, or hotel rooms. The elderly, athletes, diabetics, and people with immune system issues are the most vulnerable demographics.
