Losayia Co. Ltd was founded in Limassol, Cyprus by Evangelos Lysiotis in 1992. Its purpose was to import and distribute pharmaceutical and foot care products throughout Cyprus. Evangelos Lysiotis holds a degree in Pharmacy from the Martin Luther University in Germany and has been practicing as a pharmacist since 1993. Given his background, Mr. Lysiotis was able to recognize the needs of the Cypriot market and was determined to provide solutions for podiatry and skin problems. As a result, the company's first products were Gehwol Plasters and Creams and the Herbaflor line of Straub Cosmetics.

In 2002, the company's shareholding was expanded by the addition of Mr. Demetris Demetriou, who also assumed the role of Managing Director. Therefore the company was able to expand its activities in every city of Cyprus. Mr. Demetriou with studies in electromechanics undertook the study for the introduction of medical machines to enable the company to offer reliable solutions to its partners.

In 2015, Three Swords Germany and Marbert (by Straub Cosmetics) products were introduced to further expand into the nailcare and cosmetics market. Moreover, in 2020 Ecolab products were introduced along with the Disney Multivitamins.
